Account Security & Sign-in Options Print

Ways to sign in

  • Email + password — the standard login.
  • One-time code (OTP) — click "Sign in with a one-time code" on the login page, enter your email or mobile number, and use the 6-digit code emailed to you. No password needed.
  • Sign in with Google — link your Google account from your profile for one-click login.

Securing your account

  1. Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps).
  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication under Hello, Name → Security Settings — codes from your authenticator app protect you even if the password leaks.
  3. Keep your email and mobile number current — they are your recovery path and where OTP codes go.

Managing users

  • Invite team members under User Management with limited permissions (e.g. accountant sees only billing).
  • Remove access immediately when someone leaves — their login, not your shared password, is what gets disabled.

If you suspect compromise

  1. Reset your password from the login page.
  2. Check Account → Email History and services for changes you did not make.
  3. Open a priority ticket — we audit access logs and lock things down with you.
