Using webmail
Webmail gives you full access from any browser — mail, folders, contacts and calendar — ideal for shared computers and travel. Always log out on shared devices.
Built-in spam protection
Inbound mail is scanned for spam, phishing and viruses. Check the Junk/Spam folder occasionally; mark false positives as "Not spam" to train the filter. For stronger protection, add the cloud Email Spam Filtering service from the Store.
Security best practices
- Strong, unique passwords per mailbox — never reuse the domain admin password
- SPF, DKIM & DMARC — verify these DNS records are active (we configure them for hosted domains); they stop spoofing of your domain
- Beware of phishing — banks, registrars and we will never ask for your password by email
- Remove ex-staff mailboxes promptly and forward their mail during handover
- Back up important mail — export folders periodically or keep IMAP copies on a secured device
If you suspect a mailbox is compromised (unexpected sent items, bounce floods), change the password immediately and open a priority support ticket.
