Your welcome email contains the exact server names for your account — use them with the steps below. Where possible choose IMAP (keeps mail in sync across devices) rather than POP.
General settings
- Incoming (IMAP): port 993, SSL/TLS
- Outgoing (SMTP): port 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS), authentication required
- Username: your full email address
Outlook (Windows/Mac)
- File → Add Account → enter your email address
- Choose IMAP and enter the incoming/outgoing servers and ports above
- Enter your password and finish — send yourself a test mail
iPhone / iPad
- Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account
- Enter name, email, password, then the IMAP and SMTP servers
Android (Gmail app)
- Settings → Add account → Other
- Enter the address, choose Personal (IMAP), then the servers and ports above
Webmail: access mail from any browser using the webmail URL in your welcome email — nothing to configure.
