- Do tags wear out? Passive UHF tags have no battery — they last years in normal storage conditions.

- Does TrueStock change my accounting data? No — it reads stock levels for reconciliation; billing stays in Tally/Zoho/Busy/Marg as before.
- What if internet drops? Offline mode caches scans locally and syncs on reconnect.
