What happens after checkout
Your hosting activates automatically on payment. The welcome email contains your control panel URL, username, password and nameservers — keep it safe.
First 30 minutes checklist
- Point your domain: set the nameservers from the welcome email under Domains → Manage → Nameservers (skip if domain was ordered together).
- Log in to the control panel from Services → My Products → Login — no separate password needed.
- Enable SSL: free AutoSSL issues automatically once DNS points to us (usually within an hour). Force HTTPS redirect after it issues.
- Create your site: use the one-click installer for WordPress, or upload files to
public_htmlvia File Manager/FTP. - Create email accounts if your plan includes mail, and set SPF/DKIM (auto-configured for domains on our nameservers).
Common early questions
- PHP version — change per-site in the panel (MultiPHP). We support current PHP versions including 8.x.
- Databases — create MySQL DBs + users in the panel; connect with host
localhost. - Site not loading? DNS may still be propagating — test with the temporary URL in your welcome email.
- Need more power? Upgrades are prorated and instant — open Services → Upgrade/Downgrade.
