How the sync works
- During onboarding we connect TrueStock to your accounting data (connector or scheduled import, depending on the system).
- Your item master and stock levels appear in TrueStock automatically.
- Physical RFID scans are reconciled against the accounting stock in seconds.
- Mismatches (missing, excess, wrong location) appear on the variance report with drill-down.
Important notes
- Billing continues in your accounting software — TrueStock reads stock data, it does not alter your books.
- Item codes/SKUs should be unique; our team helps clean up duplicates during onboarding.
- Offline mode caches scans locally and syncs when the connection returns.
Integration setup is done by our engineers during installation — no technical work needed from your side.
