Why an AMC makes commercial sense
An Annual Maintenance Contract converts unpredictable breakdown costs into a fixed yearly budget. Instead of paying per incident and waiting for an available engineer, you get committed response times, scheduled preventive maintenance and a single number to call. For most Indian offices, an AMC costs far less per year than one serious outage that stops billing, dispatch or payroll for a day.
What our AMC covers
- Desktops, laptops and workstations, including OS issues, slowness and hardware faults.
- Printers, scanners and networking devices such as switches, routers and access points.
- Servers and NAS devices, with health checks on disks, backups and event logs.
- Preventive maintenance visits — cleaning, updates, antivirus checks and asset verification.
We offer two commercial models. A comprehensive AMC includes standard spare parts, while a non-comprehensive AMC covers labour and diagnosis with parts billed at actuals. Consumables such as toner, batteries and items under active manufacturer warranty are handled separately, and we tell you upfront which is which.
SLAs you can hold us to
Every AMC proposal specifies response and resolution targets — typically remote response within 2 to 4 working hours and an onsite visit within the next business day for Delhi NCR locations. Critical devices such as servers can be placed on a priority tier. Standby equipment can be included for roles where downtime is unacceptable.
How onboarding works
- We conduct a free assessment and prepare an asset inventory with serial numbers and condition notes.
- You receive a proposal in INR with per-asset pricing, SLA terms and the preventive visit calendar.
- On sign-off, we tag assets, share escalation contacts and open your account on our helpdesk.
- Support runs through the year with quarterly review reports on calls, resolutions and recommendations.
