TrueStock Hardware Guide: UDR102, C-72 & UDM9R Gate Reader Print

  • 0

TrueStock uses proven UHF RFID hardware. A typical deployment includes:

UDR102 — Desktop Tagging Station

A USB desktop RFID writer used at inward/receiving. Staff scan an item, print/apply the label, and the tag is written and linked to the SKU in seconds.

C-72 — Handheld Android Reader

A rugged handheld with the TrueStock app for audits and searches. Walk the aisles and it reads hundreds of tags per second — a full warehouse count that took days finishes in minutes. Also supports Geiger mode to physically locate a specific item.

UDM9R — Fixed Gate Reader with Alarm

Mounted at exit gates. Any tagged item passing the gate without a matching bill/dispatch entry triggers the buzzer alarm and is logged with timestamp — automated loss prevention with no manual checking.

RFID Labels — ALN-9662 (Higgs-3)

Industry-standard UHF labels suitable for cartons, boxes and most retail products. Special tags for metal surfaces and small items are available on request.

Sizing your deployment

  • 1 tagging station per receiving point
  • 1 handheld per warehouse (2+ for faster audits)
  • 1 gate reader per exit

On-site installation and staff training are included — see the Installation & Support article.
