Clients often ask how quickly they can get rented equipment running and what steps are involved. Our process is deliberately simple, and for standard configurations in Delhi NCR we can often deliver within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.
Step 1 - Enquiry and requirement discussion

Tell us what you need in plain terms: how many users, what software they run, how long you need the equipment and where it will be installed. If you are unsure about specifications, our team will ask a few questions and recommend suitable configurations rather than leaving the technical decisions to you.
Step 2 - Quotation and agreement
We send a written quote covering monthly rent, security deposit, delivery and installation. Once you approve, a straightforward rental agreement is signed that states the tenure, replacement terms and responsibilities of both sides. We keep the paperwork light so approval does not stall your project.
Step 3 - Delivery and installation
Our engineers deliver the equipment to your premises, unpack and place it, connect power and network, install the agreed operating system and software, and test everything with your team present. For CCTV rentals this step includes cabling, camera mounting and DVR configuration. You sign off only when everything works.
Step 4 - Support during the tenure
Throughout the rental period you can log issues through the portal or by phone. We resolve faults remotely where possible and send an engineer when hardware attention is needed. Units that cannot be fixed quickly are replaced.
Step 5 - Renewal, scaling or return
Near the end of the tenure we contact you to renew, extend, add units or schedule pickup. The choice always stays with you, and there is no pressure to continue beyond your actual need.
