Training rooms and auditoriums have a different job from meeting rooms: one presenter must reach twenty, a hundred or five hundred people, every one of whom must see and hear clearly. Training Rooms (20 to 60 Seats)
- Display: a large format panel up to around 98 inches, an interactive touch display for annotation, or a laser projector for wider rooms. We size against the farthest seat, not the nearest budget.
- Audio: a wireless lapel or handheld microphone for the trainer — voices fail before feet do in full day sessions — with ceiling speakers distributing sound evenly.
- Recording and hybrid: a tracking camera and audio feed let you record sessions or include remote trainees, which multiplies the value of every session conducted.
- Practical extras: writing surface alongside the display, ample charging points and simple one touch control.
Auditoriums and Halls (100+ Seats)
- Sound reinforcement. Line array or column speakers designed for the hall geometry, a digital mixing console, stage monitors and multiple wireless microphones. Even coverage without feedback is the core engineering challenge.
- Projection or LED. High lumen laser projection on large screens, or increasingly fine pitch LED walls, which stay bright with house lights on.
- Stage lighting basics so presenters are lit for both the audience and cameras.
- Streaming and recording for town halls, annual days and seminars reaching people beyond the hall.
Retrofit or New Build
