What Our AMC Covers
- Scheduled preventive visits — typically quarterly — covering lens cleaning, camera realignment, recording verification for every channel, disk health checks, time sync, firmware updates and UPS battery testing.
- Breakdown support with committed response times, remote diagnostics first and an engineer on site when needed.
- A signed health report after every visit listing camera status, storage days available and items needing attention, which many clients file for insurance and audit purposes.
- Repair and replacement coordination, including standby options for critical failures, with warranty claims handled by us.
Comprehensive or Non-Comprehensive
We offer both models. Non-comprehensive AMC covers service and labour with parts billed as used; comprehensive AMC includes parts for a predictable annual cost. For systems past their third year, comprehensive cover usually proves the better value in INR terms.
