Activation steps
- Order the email plan and number of mailboxes from the Store.
- We provide the DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM) — add them under Domains → DNS Management, or ask us to configure them if your domain is with us.
- Create mailboxes from the service management page or the platform admin console.
- Connect Outlook/mobile using the settings supplied in your welcome email.
Tip: Always configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC — they dramatically improve deliverability and protect your domain from spoofing. Our team sets this up free for domains hosted with us.
