Growing businesses rarely stay in one godown. TrueStock Growth supports up to 3 warehouses and 15,000 tagged units at Rs 4,999 per month, while Enterprise at Rs 9,999 per month removes limits entirely. This guide shows how to configure additional locations properly.
Creating a new warehouse
- Log in to truestock.app as an admin and open Settings, then Warehouses.
- Click Add Warehouse and enter the name, address, city and GST state. The state matters for documentation on inter-state transfers.
- Define zones inside the warehouse, such as Receiving, Racks A to D, QC and Dispatch. Zones make audits and variance reports far more precise.
- Assign hardware: map the UDR102 stations, C-72 handhelds and UDM9R gates installed at that site to this warehouse record.
- Assign users with warehouse level permissions so staff see only their own location.
Stock transfers between warehouses
- Create a Transfer Order listing items and quantities from the source warehouse.
- Scan items out at the source gate. The stock moves into an In Transit state, so it is never invisible.
- On arrival, scan items in at the destination UDR102 or gate. Shortages against the transfer order are flagged immediately, ending the classic dispute between godown teams.
Reporting across locations
The dashboard warehouse selector lets you view one site or a consolidated position. Per warehouse reports show stock value, movement volume and audit accuracy side by side, which quickly reveals which location needs attention. Accounting sync can map each warehouse to the matching godown or location in Tally, Zoho, Busy or Marg.

Indore - Palda, so reports stay readable as you grow. - Complete a full audit at an existing site before onboarding a new one, so opening balances are clean.
