The TrueStock dashboard at truestock.app is the control room of your inventory. Every tag read at the UDR102 station, every gate event and every handheld audit lands here in real time. This tour walks you through the screens you will use daily.
The home dashboard
- Stock summary cards: total units on hand, value in INR, and units moved in and out today.
- Warehouse selector: on Growth and Enterprise plans, switch between locations or view all combined.
- Alert strip: unresolved gate alarms, low stock warnings and failed accounting syncs appear at the top until actioned.
Reconciliation view
Reconciliation compares three sources: what your accounting software says you own, what TrueStock records say, and what the last physical audit actually found. Rows that agree are green. Rows that disagree show the gap in units and value, so you can drill into any mismatch between Tally or Zoho and the physical warehouse.
Variance reports
- Open Reports, then Variance.
- Pick an audit session from the list.
- Review two lists: Missing, items expected but not found, and Excess, items found but not on record.
- Each line shows item, zone, quantity and value, and can be assigned to a team member for investigation.
Other reports worth a bookmark
- Movement register: every inward and outward with document references, ideal for audits.
- Gate event log: every read at each UDM9R gate, including alarms and who cleared them.
- Ageing report: stock sorted by days since inward, highlighting dead inventory tying up cash.
- Audit history: accuracy percentage per audit, so you can watch shrinkage trend down over time.
All reports can be filtered by date, warehouse and category, and exported. Spend ten minutes each morning on the dashboard and alert strip, and month end stops being a surprise.
