Every successful TrueStock deployment starts with a site survey. Before any hardware is ordered, an engineer from Tech Guru IT Solutions visits your warehouse to map how stock actually moves, so the RFID system fits your operation rather than the other way around.
What happens during the survey
- Walkthrough: we follow the path of goods from the receiving dock to racks to dispatch, noting every doorway, gate and staging area.
- Gate measurement: each exit where a UDM9R fixed reader may be mounted is measured for width, height and available mounting surface.
- Power and network check: we locate power points and LAN or Wi-Fi coverage near the tagging desk and each gate. Missing points are listed for your electrician.
- Material study: we examine what you store, since cartons, liquids and metal items each affect tag choice and read reliability.
- Volume estimate: daily inward and outward quantities decide how many UDR102 tagging stations and C-72 handhelds you need.
What you should keep ready
- A floor plan or even a hand sketch of the warehouse.
- Approximate SKU count and monthly stock movement figures.
- Details of your accounting software, such as Tally, Zoho, Busy, Marg, Vyapar or MyBillBook, for integration planning.
- A decision maker available for 30 minutes at the end to discuss findings.
What you receive afterwards
Within a few working days you get a deployment plan covering recommended hardware quantities, gate positions, tag types such as ALN-9662 UHF labels, electrical work needed, a suggested TrueStock plan from Starter, Growth or Enterprise, and a phased installation timeline. Typical single warehouse installations complete within one to two weeks of hardware delivery.
